Initial design routes and exploration
Some of the initial concepts included: State Silence as the act of breaking silence and creating sound waves; State Silence as the heartbeat of the law; or a reference to the three wise monkeys.
Developing the brand
The concept is based upon the three wise monkeys. The phrase is often used to refer to those who deal with impropriety by turning a blind eye. Turning a blind eye is an idiom describing the ignoring of undesirable information.
Logo animation
The wave has become an important component of the brand, symbolizing that State Silence research is breaking the silence and creating the sound waves – the heartbeat of law.
